Our History

A Cut Above had our beginnings in the booming housing and property market in Houston, Texas, in 1976. Over the past 4 decades we have evolved and transformed from simply a wallpaper company to one with  a wide range of skills and services. ( see services ) An important part of our  ongoing development is a collaboration that started in 2011 with Bridgette Smith, a decorative painting and specialty finish expert who has greatly enhanced our operation with her wide range of skills. The alliance of our two companies has formed a synergy that gives us and you a distinct advantage.
